hey, I have tried almost everything I have read at this page, but I still don't get my games to work. When I try to open the games with direct load the PSP freezes for 10 seconds or so before it turns itself off. Then I tried to choose system menu, but when I get to the menu my PSP freezes and I have to turn it off. Do anyone have any suggestions to what might be the problem and what I should do to fix it????

Is it freezes if your psp boots without any UMD? Can you go around in and out the options on the main menu? If not, your PSP broke. You need to send it for services or repair.

Did you downgrade/upgrade? What version?
