I downloaded a copy of the Black NTSC demo - it expands to a bin/cue CD image which I burned to CD (I tried burning to DVD but couldn't).

Unfortunately, I don't have any original PS2 CD games - so can't get it going with Cogswap (which is on my memory card).

I have an HD Advance 2.0 PAL DVD, but I think it's the same problem - I can't swap in the Black CD and import it to the hard drive.

I used DVDScan to patch it (using Virtual PC), and burned to a DVD-R - but it didn't result in a valid PS2 disc. I believe this is because I am on a Mac and don't know a way to burn the files with the correct LBA addresses in Toast. I don't even know what the correct LBA addresses are, as I can't get Isobuster working in Virtual PC.

Any tips? Or is there a DVD version of the demo about? Any links to PS2 tools for the Mac would also be great.
