They're rar files. You download WinRAR, install it, and right click the first numbered rar file and click "extract here." If that doesn't work, double click the first numbered file, right click the iso, and click "extract to specified folder."

it wont always be in ISO format either, sometimes they come in IMG files. extraction is the same, just right click on the first part and tell it to 'extract to' or 'extract here', then burn the ISO/IMG file.

if there was a problem with the download, WinRAR will say so when trying to extract it, it will also tell you if you are trying to extract the wrong part first.

if the case is they are all archieve files, just open the first one, extract the iso that is inside it to a diffrent folder, and then delete the rest you only need the one, happens to me all the time

the ISO is contained in ALL of the folders not just the first, the first just has the information used to extract the full file from all the archives, this is why you have to use it as the start of the extraction. if you delete the others, you'll get an error that it cant find the remainder of the files.
