Why won't my dvd burner pop open.

Why won't my dvd burner automatically pop open. For some reason after encoding the movie, my automatic opening does not work. This is stopping me from taking out the original movie and putting in the blank dvd. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling DVD Shrink and nothing changed. What should I do? And if there is no way to fix this, is there a manual way to burn on the blank after encoding has completed?

Double check your backup target in the backup options-here:




What ever you are burning with,make sure it is selected to burn with that program along with your dvd-rw drive model listed.

Double check backup target in dvd shrink:

Edit
Preferences
File I/O

If using nero,make sure that box is ticked. If usind copytodvd or dvd decrypter-make sure that box is unticked.

Edit: I autoburn with nero,the red circle indicates that in my picture. If using dvd decrypter,set it up where the green circle is.
