Is there anyway to boot the HD without using a loader?

Are there any programs / software out there that will let me boot the HD
without the need of swap magic disc & hd advance etc?

Like from the PS2 browser menu.

Yes. You will need DMS4 pro flashed with ToxicOS 41 and an IDE hard drive. If you have a slim PS TWO you will also and a utility like Megapack that enables your PS TWO to recognize a USB Harddrive. Good luck

you can not access the HDD without a loader program, the DMS is using a loader elf to access it no different then any other loader just deosnt take a disk to do so.
