hi i was just wondering if anyone can help me out and let me know if it is possible to put a region 2 PAL dvd into my computer and rip it and have it re-encoded as a region 1 dvd in NTSC format so i can play it on my dvd plyaer, i use MAC and the programs i use are MAC THE RIPPER , dvd2oneX, and Toast

You would have a much better chance of getting help if you had posted here:-

You can use anydvd. This will remove the rce protection and you can make the dvd region 1. Im not sure about the ntcs
