Okay, I searched the messages for the phrase I need to no avail, so I'm posting asking for help. Either a direct answer, or a reference to a link answering my question would be greatly appreciated if I've overlooked one here. And if I did happen to overlook an article here, save your breath telling me I should went there before posting, cuz uh, appaerently I couldn't find it and you're smart aleck comments have no effect on me.
I NEED TO CROP .AVI or MPEG files. By crop I mean literally trim and keep only my selected portion of the playing file, I do not mean splitting, splicing, etc. I need to know of software that allows me to do this with a straighforward approach, ort if it is a very technical application, directions on how to do it.
