I have searched for ages trying to find the best solution for me but have failed, here is what I wish to do:
Backup all my DVDs to single files on my computer to avoid have to play wi discs etc. I wish to keep compatability, quality and most importantly surround sound. With files sizes about 3GB per movie. What program would people reccomend use?
Yeh, not bothered bout menus etc. Not got a massive library, and got 1.4terabytes of disc space. Got plently of space to keep them all at 2-3GB for each movie. Just after a program to do this and keep the surround sound?
how big is your hard drive? you said (and got 1.4terabytes of disc space where did you find a hard drive with that size? and is it 5400,7200,10,000, or 15,000 spindel speed and how much did you pay for it? i have seen only 600 gb hd. you might have what 100 500 gb hard drives? or do you know what you have? also what is your speed of your processer? and how much ram do you have? just wondering. thanks and good luck
lol, I didn't say I've got a 1.4terabyte hard drive. I said thats how much disc space I have. I have 4x 200GB, and 2x 300GB hard disks. Got 2gig of RAM, and an Athlon 64 3800+. Hope thats what u were after! JC
