I tried to enter the subsidy password, and did it too many times and it say to contact provider. How do i unlock the phone, the IMEI is 358269006068752. Thank you

I tried to type in the password too many times. Where do i need to enter the password for a cingular razr IMEI 358269006068752. Is this the subsidy password, and if not, what is that?
