Movie plays from the middle?!

I have a movie in Xvid. It came in two parts. I used Dix2DVD to combine them both into one complete DVD. I encoded them in the right order.

When I come to play it back, it plays the movie from the middle. Actually it plays what was orgininally the 2nd clip first followed by the 1st clip.

It plays in the right order on my PC.
