VobBlanker Very Slow

I've asked this question within some other threads, but it takes me an hour to process a movie through VobBlanker. In almost all the threads i've read it takes other people 15-20 minutes. Are there any settings that people have changed to make theirs run faster? Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get this to run faster?

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your hard drive hasn't been set to operate in PIO mode (very slow), if it has you need to set it for DMA if available, in order for the change to go in effect you need to reboot the pc. Here's a guide..
