@04dejone
If you have CloneDVD hopefully you purchased AnyDVD also. Clone itself can't back up copy protected movies w/o AnyDVD running in the background.
There are several programs that remove the copy protection. Shrink, fab decrypter, DVD Decrypter.
Again what's your error? Nothing special on cinderella man that any of these progs cant handle.

I too had no problem with this movie, as binkie states there is nothing special about the movie. Try cleaning the disk, could be it is scratched, smudged or has some other imperfection in it.

Hey everybody. I'm having difficulties copying this movie too. I'm using DVD Shrink 3.2. When i open the disk it does its analysis fine. Then when I click backup it takes an unusually large amount of time for the window to come up that allows me choose settings such as what temp directory to use etc, All I need to do is press ok because I already have all these settings set, as I've used this app for years. After the window does come up (after about a minute) I press ok and its starts encoding. It works fine for a few seconds but then gets stuck on 1%. Then an error pops up saying "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read "D:\". Data error (cyclic redundancy check)." I then decided I'd try and use DVD Decrypter to rip the dvd and then maybe use shrink for the rest. So when I load up DVD Decrypter with the dvd in the drive I get the following messages (3 of which are warnings or errors) in the log window:

I 14:25:08 DVD Decrypter Version 3.5.4.0 started!
I 14:25:08 Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2)
I 14:25:08 Initialising SPTI...
I 14:25:08 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices...
I 14:25:08 Found 1 DVD-ROM and 1 DVD+RW!
W 14:25:13 Possible Structure Protection Found!
W 14:25:13 2 areas have been marked as 'suspect'.
W 14:25:13 Dummy sectors will be inserted where necessary.

I ignore the warnings and just click on copy to hard drive (file mode). During decryption I get warning messages about dummy sectors being inserted. Here's part of the log:

It all rips with DVD Decrypter. So then I try and open up DVD Shrink to compress it and burn it. However, when I click open files and open the video folder where DVD Decrypter ripped the movie I get the following error:
"DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Invalid data in file "C:\CINDERELLA_MAN\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1_.VOB"

Can anyone help with this problem?
Thanks
