I'm trying to back up a disc that is too large for my 4.7 discs. Radio Shack sells discs for about $8 each. Any suggestions where I can get the larger volume (not sure the name of these) discs, and what brand do you suggest? Thanks for your help...

Its actually a game (game 4 of 2004 ALCS). There are no menus or special features I can get rid of to fit.

You can either use DVDShrink or Nero Recode 2 to shrink the file to fit onto a normal DVD, or buy double layer dvd's. I believe they are down to around $1.5-$3. There are several online places to buy them:

You can but them also at local stores, but you'll pay more:

Of course you'll also need a DL burner.

Try to stick to good quality. I believe Verbatim to be of good quality.

You'll also see the software section to download. Shrink is free, and Nero has a free 30 day trial. I would recommend using Shrink or Nero to compress the video down to a normal dvd size. I doubt you even notice a difference when watching it.
