Hi all first time on board so a newbi we all are at some time .

Ok my problem i tell you my set up first.

Pioneer DVR-105 firmware 1.30 i week old this unit

Nero v 5.510.0

Smartripper v 2.41

DVD disc datawrite i burn them at 1x

When i rip one of my films i select all files etc and then rip no problem i then burn to DVD the DVD will then not play in my dvd player on the tv but plays no problem on the pc drive.

Ok you say the discs no not that due to if i do a DVD direct copy with nero from a dvd ripped by a friend it runs on the tv unit and pc no problem.

Like i said all the files are selected and burned on to the dvd just that it wont play on TV unit. One thing on smart ripper it says all files are 3.962 but when ripped on disc show as 3.862 or something but all files are thier .

If you could help i will say thnks for doing so as it is driving me mad

1st question that needs asking is what make is your DVD Player ?

I myself am using a Pioneer DVR 104 to burn with.
The DVD Player attatched to my TV is a Sony DVP-NS305 which plays DVD-R/RW & DVD+R/RW amongst many others so I don't have a problem playing much at all.

Smartripper 2.41
DVD2One v1.11
Nero 5.5.9.9 (UDF/IFO)

100% compatability !

Hi all i got the fix from a another board it was the version of nero i had i updated to 5.5.10.20 and all is ok they work a treat so if you hear of this you know the fix and thanks for the replays guys.
