2.01+ EBOOT loader help

I need help with the EBOOT loader FANJITA released for 2.01+ PSP's. Now after I downloaded the file to my computer, I used the zip tool that came with XP home and extracted the files. Then, using these instructions, I attempted to put the EBOOT loader on my PSP:
1. After extracting files, open the folder containing the PSP folder inside of it.
2. After hooking up PSP to computer via USB cable open the removable media drive inside My Computer.
3. Copy PSP folder and paste onto the one on the Memory Stick.
4. Open the copied PSP folder to see two files, one GAME, and the other SAVEDATA.
5. Copy the GAME folder onto the GAME folder on your Memory Stick, then do the same to the other folder except put it on the SAVEDATA folder on your Memory Stick.
6. Load up Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and go to load game on the start menu and choose the EBOOT loader.
7. Enjoy!

Well, I would enjoy if the loader didn't say this: CANNOT LOAD FILE
INVALID EBOOT.PBP. WHAT WENT WRONG?????? (=(

i'm using the same eboot loader as you and installed it in the same way you have the only thing i can think is that you have a old version of the eboot there were about 3 versions of it that came out days after each other try downloading the newest version and trying again hope this sorts out the problem for you

yea get the latest version from www.fanjita.org

There is 1 version out that won't work on 2.6 but works on 2.5
