Can't use Credit Card# WTF?

Okay, i've recently made a couple accounts for my buddys so they can play xblive! So today, i decided to make another 2 month account and when it was time to click done, a screen popuped and said, Cannot use this credit card number, plz use a different credit card!

So My question is! Did they ban my credit card?
My credit card is good, i just tested it at store!
Can someone help me?

I think you are aloud a certain amount of accounts on 1 credit card so you would have to use another 1 if u have another 1

Well thats crap if you ask me but it makes sense since theres alot of cheaters on halo2 using 2 months!

Cheaters ruine the game for everyone!
It's too bad they can't ban the xbox itself when they're cheating(modding)
