I've installed a Xecuter 3ce + Xapter in my xbox. Now what do I do? I've been told to softmod, but is that really necessary? I want to install the evox dashboard, but when flash fxp trys to connect it gives me "connection refused" while I'm in the flash bios of the chip. If load the xbox without the chip on I get "connection timeout". If this has happen to anyone and you know how to correct it let me know! thx

First off, you either softmod OR use a modchip. Never both. Second, visit executers website (teamexecuter.com) for the tut on flashing your bios. xbox-scene.com is also a great resource. In other words read read read.
