no audio on movie portion of dvd

I am using Clone DVD2. On some movies I get sound with the movie company logo but no sound when it goes to the movie. Any ideas as to what i am doing wrong. The audio was set for dolby 3.

Make sure you leave on all the English audio tracks and try it.
