Heres a review for yeah. I searched for days before settling on the right company to deal with. I spoke to Mod world via phone after not being able to get a response via email. They re-assured me that there service was top notch, plus being Canadian i respectfully would give business to a Canadian company anyway. I Made my contact on Dec 9th and made the internet purchases Monday, Morning Dec 12th.
I called Friday 15th all afternoon and didn't get an answer until 4:30pm to which i was told the package hadn't been sent out that the person was doing 200 other orders but would send out the smaller packages first(being including mine)as i lived in the same province of Ontario, Monday morning of the 18th. I waited all weekend and than called Monday and finally got through at 5:30 to where the person told me that "YUP" the package is being sent today ( me wondering that it was late to be sending a package, at around 6:00pm !) and i'm sending a confrimation of the shipment along with tracking number within the hour to please check my email. That was around 5:45 on the 18th. Well after 6hrs of waiting i went to bed frustrated.
Tuesday roles around and finally at about 1:00pm i receive a Email from ModChip World saying SHIPPED along with the tracking number. Now i have to add this was after of unsuccessfully reaching anyone and only getting the annoying answering machine saying calls will be returned ! Well after leaving numerous messages none of yet to be returned!. I waited until 8:00pm and called UpS. They seem to have no info on the package.
I'm told either the Business usually gives clients the numbers ahead of time without even shipping the parcel! And or the Shipment has not been picked up !
Now it is Wed the 20th over 9days later/and 7 business days i call Ups this after noon around 111:00 am to which the same response as last night. Sorry sir we show nothing which means that the driver hasn't scanned the package( meaning the package has not been sent out !!!!)
Now i'm beyond irate. I could have chosen to go with decalgirl.com out of Delaware and would have gotten it in 5 days but chose Modchip world cause they assured me expedient service and a 1 day to 2 day shipment cause i was in Ontario.Now i have emailed ModChip World again , with no response....I cannot reach them via phone They open at 11:30 per what the message says yet have never been able to successful;ly get through to them at the very least until around 4:30 /5:00 pm. They have not been kind enough to return my phones calls or emails.
So far they have already taken the money via credit card and all o f have to show is a email saying already shipped form 1:00 pm on Tuesday th e19th which is a bold face LIE~! I planned on doing alot of business with this company but after this due to the lack of respect in returning my calls, the misleading conversations i did have and the BS email saying shipped ! This company will never get my service again !
