and yes i did try and it did the same thing, but when i got the xbox and it worked fine there was a blue light and then after a while it stopped shining, but when i just held it down, it shined again.

sorry for double post, and not it doesn't boot anything, it flashes once, twice, then green then red over and over
when it flashes once and twice i hear the hardrive trying to start. so basicaly the only new thing is the blue light

Like before you have nothing when modchip is enable. How about now? still no bios at all?

shit. Can you re-align the chip? make sure when you turn on xbox the blue light is on.
Did you try both bank 1 and 2?

the light was never on unless the box is on, and also how do i "realign" the chip?
and i also tried both banks

the first column is xecuter chip. then go all the way down you will see manuals, diagrams and pictures. They are tutors and guide click on it and read. the pogopin is the one you have.

Plus you have X2 pro, it is very old. So it is hard to find the tutor for it.
Realign means to move the chip to a right position. then screw it down and it sits there.
Because you dropped it, and the chip may move. Also make sure the D0 wire connects to that hole.

i had this prob with my x3 you just have to press it down pretty hard just be sure not to break it but it does take som force
