well you could probably call the fbi, but i doubt they would take a case on a stolen 360. maybe if the hard drive contained halo 3 beta ;-).....

they wouldn't take it based on the fact the xbox was stolen but more or less using the internet or world wide web, which is considered to be international territory. It would work the same way as a stolen credit card being used on the internet or just using someones wifi connection without there knowing.

correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't this the thread where you know who it was that stole your box? stage your own night raid with a few buddies and take it back.
if you had exlusive content, it very well may have been deleted by the thieves.

lol i THOUGHT i knew who it was.....but i dont think they wud delete it.....now that i think about it.....they wudnt.....but now the MS gave the detective the ip address where they used it from, they cud possibly find who has it.

anyway, i still say you should organize a raid and see if you can get your stuff back. the law obviously isn't helping you, so why follow it in this particular instance?

hahaha now THATS a bet! Id love to get them before the police do.....in that case......they would learn their lesson by me first.......no need for the police afterwards....they might have to call the police on me as matter of fact

LMAO! Have you heard anything about this before? I have a new xbox 360 (glad i got it because it was manufactured 10/29/06, so chances are it will last LONGER than my other one, plus it has the quiet BenQ drive in aswell ;-)
