i can!
ok. in the root of ur memory stick, make a folder called "seplugins" (without the quotes),
place the cxmb.prx file IN seplugins folder. then, make a new TXT file called "vsh.txt"
in the very first line of that TXT file type in this:
ms0:/seplugins/cxmb.prx
save this TXT file in the seplugins folder on ur memory stick
now (were on ur psp now) go into the recovery menu, (hold R and power on) and click Plugins. ur CXMB plugin should be there. enable it.
and there u go. custom themes. email me if it doesnt work no emails allowed

Recovery - press and hold the R button (the top one!) now turn the PSP on - with the R button held down till a simple munu comes up (small white writing on black)
That is the recovery menu
Use the down arrow to highlight plugins, press x to select, move to highlight the CXMB, press x to turn it to enabled
select exit and exit and the PSP will restart

yea
the root of the memory stick looks like this

notice the MUSIC, PICTURE, VIDEO, and PSP folders
your "seplugins" folder, should look like this

this folder contains:
cxmb.prx
vsh.txt
the vsh.txt should look like this:

ms0:/seplugins/cxmb.prx 1
you got it now?

Right, I get everything else, but when I try to do the recovery part, it doesn't work. Do I have to have certain software or something on it?
