Yes this is true no all the channels are missing of the ntl supplied box.
Now i might have a problem ?
I have the newer version of the box supplied by upc it has not been pluged in,in a while. and i am missing the channels
My neighbour has an older version of the supplied box and plugged it back in when the sports went off his is working fine.
another neighbour has the new box like me and same thing.
Do these boxs need to update themselves or am i f***ed.
