mystic54 try this installer DHv46 + GUImod and hybrid 2.71+2.8 FW(new 2.8 games untouched work) http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/917
(it works for me ok)

If this does not work then I do not know why.

I'm hearing that people are having problems with loading ISO's through USB. Is the USB functionality broken for the latest chunglam easy installer (with the hybrid FW and HEN D)? I was using the older easy installer with HEN C and USB works fine. I want to update to the latest one but want to make sure the USB functionality is still working.

What exactly do you place in PRELOAD ADDR?
does it depends on which game you are trying to play.

Juan, that one says the new hybrid 3.00 stuff. I could care less but is this all leading up to be using the flashed se-c firmware etc? Just wondering, cause I have always stayed away from all just because I wanted less hassle. Can you find me a non hybrid back for the other mod you were talking about above (the non chunglum one). Thanks for all the help, you really have gone above and beyond trying to get this to work.

mystic54 Did your read the first post?(it's for a 1.5 or 2.71SE-C psp) Get the one for a 1.5 psp.(this is all you need)It has the GUImod(USB)
That is the same as 2.71(but mixed with 3.01)so new games work.
The only better thing then this is DHv50(but you can not use USB mods for now)

got problem with mortal combat unchaine
cant seem to load it...hangs after the sony entertain sign ended..
when i dload this iso..it comes with another rar file called Quote:
ciso.rar
wat should i do with it? help plz..thanks

Make sure your clock speed is 222 MHz/ it could be a bad ISO, guide for devhook 0.50 to be out soon!

coolguy6 mortal combat unchaine works for me.(the ciso.rar is only so you can make the iso in to a .cso)It will not help the game.only make it smaller.

Juan: I have GREAT news. I don't know why you never showed me that extreme link before, but it almost works. I run it and it says connected to device below the 1st line in USBHOSTS. I select the iso in the folder (C:\Program Files\PSP Extreme Link\GAME\ISO) and then click start. It loads to the XMB. From there, I go to the dummy iso and try to click HOME+LEFT or HOME+RIGHT but nothing even happens or comes up.
What am I doing wrong? Still using chunglum's mod. 1.65 c3

Is there an updated WLAN.PRX for Devhook 0.4+ that someone can link me to? works in 333, blahblah.. just want to make sure im all up to date, some of the new ones arent letting me get online, but im thinking the online was ripped... anyways just wanna make sure i got the heat prx. anyone?

LAMPRO there is not updated for WLAN.PRX(the 333 fix)
I do not have a link. but you can dump 2.0 FW and get the prx you need. then put it in the 271 folder(where the other prx is at)not in 271 folder.
Look for a thread that is for dumping FW's.(or search for a 2.0 FW pack)

I found that long USB cable makes the PSP freeze. Try not using an extension USB cable.
