Ok, what u have to do, is create a folder called PSP in the memory card ROOT, Now open it. Then Create A folder called MUSIC, Then PUT ALL your music in there. Then it should appear.

by the way if you want to fit the whole cd into a 32mb card you are going to compress your music a little more than normal. note though the quality will take a nosedive. but have fun playing with that. Also in case you dont know, ROOT is the top folder. go to my computer and click on the removable disk icon and once you're there it should have a folder that is named psp, that is the root. once you're in that folder make the music folder that mystro said p.s make sure that the music folder is named "MUSIC" all caps.

Or you could get sonicstage and when you rip music you get to choose what format it is in. then go to Transfer and it should say "Removable x (psp)" leting x be what rout your psp is in.

You can download it here http://www.connect.com/download_cookie.html

hope this helps.
oh and about the song shrinking, when you go to import a cd go to settings. then go to the kbps ratings, the higher you go the better the quality. Then the lower you go the space that you save. A 32mb stick can't hold SH**. get somthing a little bigger like a 1gb.
