Shrink cannot handle the protection on this movie by itself, dl the free DVDFab Decrypter and rip to your HDD and then process with Shrink.

Otherwise, dl the 21 day free trial of AnyDVD let it run in the background and process with Shrink. Available at the same software dl site as above.
