My son purchased a Pinnacle Dazzle DV80 capture device on Ebay, but not any software. We tried to download the drivers from the website, but when opening to download the saved file--it keeps freezing up and won't download. Anyone know what to do here? He was told he didn't need the software, I downloaded the Movie program, to see if that would work, but didn't help any, also tried just running the program, but wouldn't work.
