Hi I just installed my X3 Ce with Adaptr v 1.6. When I first booted it up the light turned blue. When I powered it on again, now it is turnning on and off by itself and then stays RED with w blinking RED/GREEN Eject light

Is it solderless? if so, check the adapter and all the lights and make sure it not move.

I checked it so many times. ALl the lights on the adapter are working fine. I removed it and placed it back. If I remove the chip, it turns on fine

you said the adapter has power? if so be sure the chip its self is locked in i have read many installation guides for this chip because i have ordered one most of the time ppl dont press down hard enough on the chipif you do it right they say you should hear a click
