Problems with V220 Uploading to Phone

Howdy.

I downloaded Mobile Phone tools. It was working fine for a bit... I uploaded two songs and went on my way. When I came back later though, after deleting the songs off my phone because I decided I didn't like them enough to keep them, the program said it was unable to send the music file. After closing out the Multimedia Center it says the program is no longer connected to the phone. I thought it might be my computer, so I uninstalled ane reinstalled. No luck. I went to my friend's house who has the same phone (Motorola V220) and program. I tried my phone, once again is connects fine, but when I go to use anything from the Multimedia center it lags, says it can't send stuff, then says my phone is disconnected. He tried his phone after and his worked fine.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with my phone that is making it do this? None of my phone settings has been changed so I honestly have no clue what could be causing this problem because I changed nothing... I have plenty of free space on my phone... I'm running Windows XP if that means anything.
