Help with a Motorola V190

I just recently bought a V190, and noticed it has a usb port. I did some searching (which incidentally led me here) and downloaded Mobile Phonetools v3.2 (hereby called MPT). After downloading the p2k drivers, and getting MPT to recognize my phone, I found out all I can do with it is back up my contact lists, and use it as a modem for a laptop.

What I wanted to do was transfer mp3's for ringtones and graphics for wallpapers to it, but I can't see where to do that in MPT. What I want to know is can anyone point me to the right program(s) to use to do what I wanted to do? I saw the thread for using lamerazr but wasn't sure if that only works for the Razr models.

Any help here is appriciated. If I offend someone by not searching hardenough, I am sorry, but between work and college classes I have very very little time to use a computer. Thanks for any help.
