Extracting Pictures from a PS2 ISO

I heard there was a way to extract pictures from a PS2 ISO file. Would anyone happen to know how this is done?

search around in the ISO file and you will find the image files, just pull them out.

Yeah... but what do I do with the file? How do I extract the images? Thats like saying just search the ISO for the sound files and pull them out... yeah, but you still need a program like AFS explorer to extract and translate the audio into a readable format. What program would I use to extract the image BIN files?

What windows program? The images are in a .BIN file... I cant mount the bin, I cant open it with WinRAR ... How do I read it?

You should be able to open with winrarw, but I don't know how you could besides that.
