DVD copy plus 4.2 MINORITY REPORT there's no begining!

i use DVD copy plus 4.2 to copy my DVD on cd-r, but i have a the same problem with two movies: minority report and mullholland drive. The problem is that when i want to use DVDx 2.2 i can't have the beginning of the movie, but i know that smartripper has copied it to the HD because i can watch it with powerDVD! Anyone please help me! (minority reports starts when tomcruise is watching his son ona video...) THANKS A LOT :)
