I have an ILO dvd recorder and noticed that when I'm watching sat or cable through the recorder and I don't have it recording just watching a movie, when a spot in the movie has sunlight or is bright in the background it whites out. I mean it gos so bright you can't hardly see what going on. I re connected my sat box directly to my tv and watched the same scene when the movie played later and it was fine. I recorded the movie and it recorded the bright scenes the same way so I'm wondering what makes it do this or is there a fix for it. The recorder works great and other than this bright problem is fine.
