Just got it a few days ago but I keep getting this screen when I start it up. That screen that is suppose to say insert disk never pops up?

No you are thats normal screen buddy! LOL just use your slide card/fliptop and swap the disc and press X and enjoy! Man total n0ob

i am having some issues here.....just before the screen where you load program and press x...it just says swap magic, version, blabla...then 2nd page loads to the pic above...i cant get there...suddenly..didnt do anything to the disk or ps2. i DID disconnect it and reconnect it though,. but that means nothing...anyone ever have this problem? how do i fix? i cant load a game without the second screen poping up..i cleaned the disk, nothing......wtf???

... Thats really werid my discs are pretty old and very scratched but Iv'e never hads that problem but the Swap Magic 3.3 is better than Swap Magic 3.6 oh so I've heard.

soo.....what should i do? this has never happened to me. i have restarted the ps2 like 10 times, i now have givin up...until i have a solution to this problem..but i am upset non the less

How old are your discs? It's possible that you got a poorly pressed disc. If they're fairly new, you might want to try contacting the company that you got it from and get a replacement.

Was confuse cause guide says wait until you see this screen
& each time I tried it out, it didn't work cause my DVDs were DVD+R. Now works perfectly and had to fix my laser lens a bit.

it does that when you dont have a controller plug-in. Make sure its well in.
