Canopus Procoder help converting PAL to NTSC, I have no sound?

I started converting this PAL movie to NTSC using Procoder. I started it converting last night on the stock settings to DVD VOB files. The power went out this morning and I would say it was over half way done with the entire DVD. I can start this all over no big deal but my question is, how come I have no sound with the video that is already completed. The main movie was complete and in its own folder so I opened it in DVDShrink to view it and the movie looks great but it has no sound. How or where does the sound sinc up with the movie in this program? Thanks for your help.

PS. The original PAL movie files only came with AC3 2-ch English for audio just so you know. I do not have the actual dvd, just the VIDEO_TS files.
