If you and your friends are smart enough to do that, you shouldn't have to ask it here. My guess is that you would have a non working computer.

even if you could hack a bios enough (which I doubt) to boot a computer you still wouldnt have enough proccessing or graphics power to run a game

Ihave already downloaded a ps2 bios for an emulator and the ps2s proccessor is 300mhz and the graphic card is 32 megabytes nad if i go to
download the bios flasher for a regular computer im thinking that I'll
put ps2 bios in that disk and go to system setup and install it then i could play backups right.

no the computer will reject the bios and even if you could modify it enough for it to accept it you would kill your mother board

The PS2 is indeed a computer.. but so is the control module for a Car.. think you could put a PS2 bios on a car comp?? The computer system performs different processes while booting. The PS2 has a basic boot up.. hence why a ps2 is 100$ and a Pc is 500 - 1500$..
And you are correct with one statement, the house hold PC blows away any of the on market game consols.. the only reason why we need this much power to make games look as good is cause we have a damned resource hogging OSes& Drivers for plug and play upgrades to name a few.. The PS2 has all the drivers for all the components hard coded info the main processor... it's like putting a Dog's brain into a Human... Easy in thought impossiple in practical terms..

Just give up, its never going to work. If you really want to play ps2 games on your computer, get an emulator.
