Complications with Hauppauge WinTV 150 MCE

I purchased the Hauppauge WinTV 150 MCE video card today and installed it. I am using the composite cables as the only connection and got it working with Ulead Videostudio 9 after I installed a special driver on their site. Now my computer keeps getting strange interference noises for no reason. I've never heard anything like it but it sounds like something is interfering with the speaker or something. Does anyone know how I can fix this? So far I'm turning down my speakers unless I'm going to listen to something. It doesn't have any interference when I'm listening to anything, only when there's nothing happening on the computer.

Can anybody help? Thanks
