Im a bit confused as to how you use these? Im on a uni network, theyre not really capping filesharing too much, but I was wondering if I could perhaps go any faster on a free or paid one?

Could anyone give me details on these proxies? Im already on a proxy , so everything is set up for that if that makes any difference to things

stay on your uni network

asfar as i know this are t1 or t3 network connections.
the speed of downloading on dc is depending on the uploadspeed of the user your downloading from.

for cablle users this would be most of the time 16 kBytes/sec.

so it has no use to switch provider.

if you mean you want more uploadspeed my guess is that you would have to get a kind of bussiness connection but these aren,t cheap.
