I was wondering if these vga adapters work to actually display ps2 games on a PC monitor at a high res than the ps2 normally can.

If they do work does anyone know where I can buy one from or wwre they pretty common in the shops??

p.s. I live in the UK

it s the worst idea.

I would stick to the TV, way better display then on the computer monitor when it comes to display. When u play on the monitor u see ugly details that u dont see on the tv, and mostley new tv s have way better contrast and image sharpness then lcd monitors. And tv s are way bigger then usual monitors.

I'd disagree with you there, I've got a MadCatz 7.0 TFT high-resolution Active Matrix backlit LCD display w/ a 16x9 aspect ratio (1440x234) and it blows my Sony 52" HDTV away as far as picture quality but i have to agree i had much rather play on the BIG SCREEN any day.
