is there a way to keep just the opening menu and its functionality as far as playing but not any of the extras.

Using dvd shrink i can keep the menu and delete the others parts of menu but doesn't have functionality.

using clonedvd2 it doesnt' allow me to delete or even view the menu. I don't want to keep any of the extras burning movies but like having my opening menu where I can click play. That is all I want. .

In clonedvd2 it says "preserve menus" does that keep all of the menus?

any advice guys . . thanks

Yeah, that keeps the menus, but they won't work... When you click in them, nothing happens... Isn't that what you want?

If it ain't broken it doesn't need fixing...

VobBlanker should work, but you have to be careful that you do not blank the wrong menu. I have never tried blanking extra menusthis way, so I am not sure. You should remove the buttons that access the blanked menu though. Do this with PGCEdit.

Select a menu and press "ctrl + m". Then it will pop up the menu buttons screen. For the main menu, say you want to make sure you do not browse to the audio menu, right click on the button that takes you there. It will pop up a new window. Then select "hide button=>replace command with NOP". This will make the button disapear.
