Here is what I am trying to do-doing.

I have a bunch of older home movies and other video tapes of recorded programs. I was using a SVHS and capturing the video into my pc but was having a ton of quality problems. I recently purchased a VHS-DVD recorder all in one unit and have been doing some test copying. Once I have the VHS copied onto disc I want to do some editing since I am not happy with the options availiable to me via the unit. So I have been importing it with Nero recode, although I have been having issues with that as well trying to figure out the best order to do things, import and burn to HD or just import and rearrange etc. I would also like software to try and clean up the image some. What softare should I be using to do all of this. Is nero the best.
