I have recently replaced my old Sony drive, when it went wrong and wouldn't read any disc I put in.

The Pioneer I have replaced it with does read all discs, but audio CD's don't come up labeled as one. It just stays with the normal logo of the drive, but if I double click on it, all the tracks come up as normal.

It is not a problem with my PC, because my DVD-ROM can read Audio cd's and it automatically comes up with the audio cd logo in My Computer.

This is only a problem because iTunes doesn't want to read from the Pioneer drive, but as soon as I put the CD in the DVD-ROM, it works perfectly. I don't think it is a problem wtih the Pioneer, because it reads everything else perfectly and is brand new.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this strange problem?
