I have a PS2 with Fliptop , Swapmagic 3.3 and HDLOADER MC Exploit ...

I can run TMNT 3 from DVD with Fliptop and Swapmagic but it doesn't seem compatible with HDLOADER no matter what settings I try to use or even if I rebuild the game... Is there a patch for this game to work with HDLOADER or is Swapmagic they only way for me to run this game on my PS2?
