Fastloader 0.7 UMD dump?? Please Help?

OK, Fastloader has been working like a charm for me lately, but I kept seeing the "UMD dump" feature, and decided to try it out. I had about 1gb space left on my mem card, and dumped Twisted Metal onto it. I ended up with a "799mb File".

Now here is my question. How do I convert this file to an ISO? Or is it an ISO already. It just says "file". I just want to know for future reference If I dump any more UMD's. Also, If somebody could throw in the name of a good "UMD shrinker", or ISO shrinker, that would be helpful. I thought I would come ask the experts.

there are a few versions there if you dont mind the download get the latest version its the biggest file 8mb, otherwise all the versions should work

That is the ISO but it might not be playable till you use these two programs,
You can open the "file" using winrar

Much thanks Piecefull. I opened the "file" with WinRAR, and it extracted it out into 2 folders. UMD_DATA & PSP_GAME. Once I saw those 2 folders, I knew exactly what to do. When I dump my next game, I will know exactly what to do. YAAAAY!!
