i have 2 questions about updating and grand theft.....

hello thanks to an1 who can help,
1) i have a version 1.50 so if i update will i be able to play backups and will i be able to play bought games with this version
2) does a back up of grand theft auto work

no only 1.5 can play iso's

that depends on the game. you could rent the game and try the wab version changer (google it)

If you buy the game you cant play it on your 1.5 psp, you have to upgrade to 2.0 to play it. However at 2.0 you can downgrade back to 1.5, so its not a problem for you. Its just the new games that need 2.5 firmware to run you cant play those without upgrading to 2.5, which you CANNOT downgrade.
