I used have HDLoader. Pressing select one could kill the boot program after a game loaded with mode 3 and a non working game would work. I now have usbextreme for my slimline PS2. The games that I loaded with usbextreme do not seem to have the same function. I can not seem to press select to press mode 3 with this new software, usbextreme. Am I doing something wrong? Is there not a mode selection with usbextreme? This is terribly dissappointing since the slim PS2 is more mobile. I thought usbextreme would be just like HDLoader. Since about 50% of loaded games with HDloader require mode 3, this means that the money spent on usbextreme and external harddrive will be hard spent. Please someone respond or comment on this. Big disappointment if usbexteme does not support mode 3.

How can I select mode 3 on USBeXtreme?

USB eXtreme has no modes and is not even considered to be a backup loading program since only 5% of game even work and when they do the videos a extremely choppy and the loading times are slowing than if you use the disc!

HA ha yea USBextreme sucks major scrotum but iv made the best of it cuz i got hella new games that work on it like RE4 and State of Emergency 2. But yea i have like 40 games and it all came out within 2005-2006 so its not really useless like ppl say.

with usb extreme you can use the dnas swap method and who really cares about the videos (my opinion) its the only thing i can use cuz i got a v 12
