I am currently trying out AnyDVD and CloneDVD2, two titles I had never heard of until I recently visited this site. So far, they are working so cooool! I have to get some harder (The Cave or something similar) titles to test, but I love the interface!

I belong to a forum called Hayabusa.org. It is for people who own the Suzuki Hayabusa (GSX1300R) bike. Currently the fastest production bike on the planet (brag, barf)... Anyway, I made a post there recomending this site to anyone interested in learning new things about ripping.

They tend to be (as you might expect) a more rowdy bunch, so if some of them post and use language you are not accoustomed to, please ignore the few who breach etiquette. Most are very literate, knowledgeable people, but you might have to scold a few. You won't be besieged by my fellow riders, but you may get a few cautious nibblers.

There were several posts by people at H.org who were trying to find a place that could guide them, and after you were so helpful to me, I recommended Afterdawn. I see the internet as a place that people with similar interests can meet other people with whom they might otherwise never come into contact.

Greetings FloydV! Welcome to AfterDawn! As a user of AnyDVD & CloneDVD 2, I can tell you this, these 2 are really all you need to back up your movies.The Cave? It will be no problem with this combo.

Thanks Bunny. I was thinking about purchasing the full featured DVDfab Decrypter. Will it really do everything, or do I still need to use the free DVDfab and VOBblanker?

In my opinion,these 2 are all you really need. Especially AnyDVD wich stays updated all the time. I think it's a must have. I haven't seen any movies that I could not back up with AnyDVD and CloneDVD 2 which by the way, Both these have been updated this week.
