Has anyone else had trouble with this dics in shrink?

I'm getting a message along the lines of not being able to read discs, its brand new, not dirty and others are working.

The dvd is recognized by the computer.

Are you saying you are trying to rip the show from the original disc using DVD Shrink? If that is the case, you should try ripping the show from the original using DVD Fab Decrypter.

Could be the copy protection on the DVD, for this you can try the latest version of AnyDVD , or use VOB Blanker...

Correct. After successfully ripping the show onto your computer, run the files through VOB Blanker and then open the files VOB Blanker created using Shrink.

Yes, after using DVD Decrypter in file mode Shrink would not recognize the files. Finally ended up ripping with DVDFab Decrypter and had no problems with DVD Shrink.
