Hey all,..
I searched for an hour. I must be a noob supreme, as I couldn't raise a single post on this. Actually, I couldn't get the search feature to raise anything. Must be doing something wrong.

Anyway,..It's been a while since I have burned music. Last week, the truck I have been driving for the last eight years was handed over to my oldest, that just turned 16. that truck has a player in it that didn't like CD-R discs very well, but I had found a disc years ago, that it would play. That was a TDK Music CD-R labeled 32X, and also had a symble on it that said it was "Certified Plus". Nothing else would come close to playing well, or playing at all in this head unit. By the way, if it makes any difference, it was an Alpine 7949 head unit.

Long story short, I have run out of those discs, and can'tr seem to find any more.

Question is,..Is there a known disc, that has been regarded as a disc that will more than likely play in some of these older players?

Back when I got these, there was this TDK disc, and a blue Verbatum disc, that would play well, but I can't find any of those now either.
