what do you mean by "sudden movement"? within the movie or sudden movement of your dvd player?

Normally playback issues are either:
1) Media - Make sure your using quality media (Verbaitum, Sony, TY)
2) Burn speed - Try to keep it low (2x-4x)
"theres streaks during sudden movement" do you mean like it gets all pixels and then goes back to normal?

LOL! Why would someone keep moving around their player and get super annoyed with it?
Or the player could be possesed and move by iteself:~)!
Like Deline says, most playback issues are because of media.
If you use great quality media, like Verbatim, Tayio Yuden, Sony-Fuji-Maxell MIJ, burning at X2 is actually too low. X4 or X8 is a good speed. For second rated media, X4 is a sfae speed. For crap media, like made by CMC MAG, 50MPH is a good throwing speed for a freezbie.
Also, don't burn too close to the edge of the disc and update your burner's firmware.

i dont know about where you come from but in my part of the world there is an invention called the PORTABLE DVD PLAYER. i dont know if you have ever heard of such a thing but let me enlighten you, they can be carried around, used in a vehicle, jetplane etc etc hence the word "portable" maybe in your part of the world your local walmart sell "possessed" dvd players but i am sorry to say it is not something regularly available here.
just thought i would clear this up

Have you tried to scan disc with Nero cd-dvd speed .. will indicate bad sectors on disc ( yellow or red )
Can get it a http://www.cdspeed2000.com Also as previously mentioned could be burn speed too high and if DVD5 disc , set to max 4300mb .
